It breaks my heart every time I do a call to let a candidate know our team won't be moving forward with an offer.
Candidates spend time going through interviews - especially if they were in the final rounds.
They deserve a little extra attention when we don't believe they are a fit at the company.
Let's be a little more human and make sure they know we appreciate them.
e. g. a phone call instead of a generic email.
