What am I most grateful for in 2022? Maintain the list throughout the year and renew at the end.
What things do I look back on less fondly, draining my energy and weighing down me throughout the year?
What's on my "best of" list?
What were my biggest achievements in this area?
Where did I fall short in the area? What are the 20% of things that contributed to be falling short?
FORWARD LOOKING QUESTIONS
What's the single biggest bottleneck to my continued growth?
Imagine your career is a game and ask questions like: what game am I playing? What are the rules of the game?
What are some things I could start doing today that would guarantee an absolutely horrible year? and how can I avoid doing those things?
Where am I taking myself too seriously? And where am I making things harder than they need to be?
Am I "spending" them? or am I "investing" them?
How am I complicit in creating the conditions that I say I don't want?
What were the 5 most difficult conversations of the year?
If I had unlimited money, how would I invest money today to increase my time, energy, money?
If I repeated my actionsevery week for 5 years, where would I end up?
What's currently nagging me that I could: automate / eliminate / delegate?
How could I achieve my 10-year goals in 1 year?
